Shipping within the United States:
If the tracking shows the item undelivered, we will either refund or replace your shipment.
Shipping International:
Customs Duty and VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item or shipping cost. Tracking numbers are available on Express International orders. USPS does not offer full tracking on International 1st class or Flat Rate Priority Mail. The average delivery time is 15 to 17 days to most countries, but may take up to 30 days due to customs.

If you received your item/s damaged on delivery, notify us within 3 days and take pictures of the damaged items and send a message with the pictures enclosed. The items will be replaced only if we receive the 3-day notification and pictures. If you need your item/s on a specific date please let us know when you order! We cannot be responsible for a shipment that you needed on a specific date and did not tell us. You also cannot return the item/s.
